Business Moving – Plan Your Move

Before shopping for an office moving company, it’s important to determine what services you need your moving company to provide.

At Heritage Moving & Storage, Inc., we proudly offer office packing services. We are happy to provide full-service packing for your business, although what is most common in business moving is for each employee to pack and unpack his or her own work space. This expedites the unpacking process and allows your business to decrease any down time associated with your move.

Companies often ask our crew to pack common areas such as supply rooms, libraries, records areas, kitchen areas, conference rooms, etc. We are happy to offer this partial-pack service.

Once you have determined what services you need, it’s a good idea to call several moving companies about three weeks to one month before your move. Each company will conduct a walk-through at your office and give you a quote for your relocation. Be sure that you’re giving each company the same information about your moving needs so that you’re “comparing apples to apples.”

At Heritage Moving & Storage, Inc., we do not give prospective customers pricing estimates. Instead, we provide guaranteed pricing. This gives our customers confidence that there will not be any surprise charges on moving day.

As you’re comparing moving companies, be sure that your are moving forward with your plans for your new location. Get your new lease signed, and set a date for your move.
